The service was great and delivery very fast. I’m pleased with the cardigan I bought. I returned one item and received my refund very quickly. One negative was the return fee of £4.95. I thought that was a lot for one off items that have a high likelihood of not being the right fit. However, I love the concept of the company and do hope to shop again.

Nearly New Cashmere is great. I love the idea of buying used/nearly new jerseys. The despatch ladies were super helpful. I put the wrong address and they were able to rescue it from the system and send to my in-laws in Scotland who have brought the jersey out to me in Kenya. A few friends heard me talking about NNC and their ears pricked up! Hope you will have some more interest from Kenya! Cashmere is the perfect weight for our high altitude life.
