I enjoyed painting our puppies! Very relaxing for me. And was so happy with the results.
Everyone thought I was an artist and I told them paint by numbers. lol
The canvas was nice. The instructions are clear. The lines could have been bolder now have ordered a friend the peacock and my daughter a picture of her dogs I did order my sister one from another company and it was not as nice.

This is my sixth advanced CBN painting. This was a 24" by 30" pre-stretched frame canvas with double paint. Took about 3 weeks to finish. A lot of details. Needed the fine brushes and the magnifying glass quite a bit. Giving painting to my daughter and her husband as a gift.

Pros - beautiful, vibrant colors.
Cons - really hard to see some numbers and the reference insert was even harder to read - needed a magnifying glass. The cat’s face had many teeny numbers.
Also a. con to having to label each paint pot # myself, I’ve ordered from a different company and the paints came pre-labeled.
Will still give a 5 for how nice it looks.

I absolutely loved the way this came out. I ordered a photo of my father and his dog in black-and-white. The photo was color, but I wanted a black-and-white final product. I got the pre-stretched canvas on frame, 24"x30", with 48 colors. Van Gogh is always fun to work with his bold, colorful strokes. I chose the large canvas and 48 colors to get maximum detail, and I am very pleased with the results. It was great fun and I recommend this kit.

It took me probably forty hours total to paint this picture but I bought it because it looks hard. I had to use a magnifying glass to read a lot of the numbers and that takes a little time but I was pleased with the results.

A great way to disconnect from social media, news, and to just destress! It is almost like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. The DIY frame was easy to put together and I didn't stretch the canvas until after painting it, as it was easier to paint on a flat surface. This is my second advanced canvas. Took about 3 weeks to complete. I’m giving it as a house warming gift to my son and his gf. I also got the better brushes and extra paint kits. And I believe it did improve the final product. Very happy with the finished painting. I like to follow the numbers first and then add my own details to the work. I would recommend this canvas to the serious artist.

This is my fav "production" pbn (apart from custom ones). It was quite detailed, but doable. Did it section by section since that made more sense to me for this particular painting. Did some blending of the sky and it looks quite misty. Only color change was to lighten up the boots abit since they tended to fade into the background. Plan to place it above my dogs crate (not a yellow lab).
