There is not any option to select delivery time. My order was from Birthday category but the flowers (with a birthday wish on card) was delivery about 4.38pm on the day. This was not only late in the day but also make the Birthday Flowers less meaningful/ impactful. As a sender, I am quite dissappointed. The flowers were beautiful though.

As you can see, it is not the 'Maeve posy' as per your picture I ordered. It was not delivered until the evening either, which kind of defeats the purpose of a 'BirthDAY' treat. However, the recipient still likes the flowers. For me, who placed the order & lives the other side of the world, I need to know I can rely on what I have ordered arriving & at a reasonable time.

Partner loved the whole package. flowers were beautifully presented in a box and packed neatly, which showed how much care is taken when handled. The box of chocolate along side a bottle of rōse wine to compliment the pack which was extra cost made it perfect, last but not least the free gift card which allowed you to leave a note was also a nice touch.

My sister and I sent these to our Mum as a thank you for a kindness. She was thrilled. AND she had enough blooms to fill two vases, so was able to spread the pretty love around the house. So yay. And thank you.

I love my Floraly Christmas tree. I’ve told every one of my friends about it. The only improvement I can suggest, is rather than filling a bag with soil and placing this in the decorative pouch, it needs to be in a pot and the pot/tree placed in the pouch. This will stop the puckering and make sure the pouch looks smooth. I hope this feedback is of value 😊

I love my Christmas tree and so does everyone who sees it. Perfect solution for us this year with a young puppy in the house. The only thing that didn’t work out is the star, the top was not strong enough to support it. This could probably be solved, but I don’t think it needs it. I look forward to using this for many years to come.

I was on the phone with her when it arrived and the utter joy she expressed when she opened up the beautiful box was palpable! She laughed with utter delight to see all the trimmings.
