Simple super quick fruit smoothie. Any frozen fresh fruit about 1/3 of the container, then two thirds of Vanilla Almond Milk. Hit the button, blend the smoothie and stick it in the insulated cover. How much easier can it get. My favorite is the mixed fruit, strawberries, peach, pineapple and blueberries.
