Though no fault of the seller, this item was delivered to the incorrect address. I contacted Hexocare and a replacement was quickly sent and received. I purchased this for my sister who has COPD and her insurance would not cover a nebulizer.
She was leery at first, but after sitting her down and going over the instructions with her she understood how to use it and now loves it. It's quiet, lightweight and easy to use.

I received a brace that looks nothing like the advertised brace. There is no side support and the straps are thin and dig into your legs. I believe this is called “bait and switch”. It also took 9 days to ship from NJ to PA.
