I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size boots and called customer service and received the best customer service ever. She shipped out a correct size and sent me shipping label to return the wrong size. I received the correct size in 4 days and wore them pheasant hunting in South Dakota. The coldest day temperature during our hunt was -7 degrees Fahrenheit with a wind chill of -25 degrees. The boots were great and my feet never got cold. Best boots ever and I am so glad I ordered them....

I have purchased my boots for a upcoming hunting trip. I have walked 80 miles in these boots. Not a single blister. These boots are the most comfortable boots i have even owned. Virtually no break in time with this product. I cant wait to take them to the field. Thus far, these boots have been great!

Just got back from late season bow hunt in Ohio. Saturday morning temperature was 1 degree. My new Hillman Alpha 2.0 boots kept me dry and warm all day as I broke through the ice getting to my stand. Great boots, they slip on like a slipper and tighten right up with a few twists. Pop the boa and your foot slips right out. Easiest boots I have ever had taking on an off. Nice support and good grip on the ice. Only negative so far is they don't come in a wide. I'm a 12.5 4E and had to order a 13.5 and still a bit tight side to side.

I'm tough on boots. I almost Never get more than 1 year without " springing a leak".This is my second pair of Hillman boots. The first pair is 3 years old and still leak free. Hillmans are waterproof and they stay waterproof!

I recently traveled to Saskatchewan Canada on a whitetail hunt. The weather was -10 to +3 Celsius all week with snow in the ground. I wore my new Hillman Boots and my feet were never cold and I walking was a pleasure. The ease of the twist straps to tighten my boots were great as well as taking them off. I bought these to take on an expedition into the Arctic. I have been wearing them to make sure they were comfortable without an extensive break-in period. So comfortable right from the box. I love the cable tightening. Secures the foot better and more evenly that lace boots. How they perform in the Svalbard region is yet to be determined but wearing them thus far I am truly impressed.

Most comfortable boot I ever owned. However, the process of getting boots was rather difficult. Had no idea the pre order took so long to get…months. I had to up grade boot because there were no 9s. Payed an extra $100 and finally got them a few weeks later. Weird hours to talk to anybody ( 2am-10 am) and it was only on Mondays. The process of buying the boots was a pain but they are very good boots.

If you don’t what the frustration of tying up shoe laces and worse yet, trying to pull your boots off after a long days hunt, you will absolutely love this feature. These are very well designed hunting boots for cold and wet conditions on rough terrain. GRAET LOOKING, VERY COMFORTABLE BOOT. Only criticism is that the bOA system pulls too tight at the ankle and not enough over the bridge of the foot. Feels like it needs to have a double BOA system or it needs to be centrally located on the boot to provide equal pressure across the foot.
