Well after waiting a month for it to get here , I actually was not impressed with the taste or texture . But as I believed the advert and the research I use it every day, I do honestly feel better and do see the changes . My appetite has gotten better and my metabolism has gone up . excellent supplements, all I can say is that for me it's lasting energy throughout the day, and high focus. The pre-workout is does not give me jitters, instead it helps you last longer in the gym with consistent strength.
