Definitely worth a try. Started taking it before workouts with some honey and noticed I tend to have more stamina. I’m talking weights, cardio, stretching, and sauna all while my partners are lagging behind. It also helped with my sleep, I wake up significantly less in the middle of the night. Great alternative if you’re tired of other pre workouts loaded with a bunch of random stuff. Awakened gives great energy and no crash. Taste is 7/10 but I genuinely don’t care how it tastes if the effects are great. 100% recommend
