My first try, I thought “hmmmm, not sure if this is for me.” But as I began to integrate into my daily routine it DID start to make a difference - I was able to rise and have one and not worry about food until later in the day, so this helped me begin to explore intermittent fasting.
And if it is too late in the evening but I am going to be up (on the weekends, I manage and perform in a rock n roll band, too), I’ll take one and be powered up for the performance like an energizer bunny!
