I ordered a 5 pack for holiday gifts. One of the boxes was stained and the paper inside as well. I contacted City Bonfires customer service and after sending pictures of the unit that "leaked", they sent me a replacement unit immediately. They were super nice about it, and the replacement unit looks great! These mini bonfires are fun to use.

I love my City Bonfire! I've ordered more, more, more. I have given it as gifts and recommend it to friends. We are all absolutely in love with it! It is my perfect relaxation at the end of the day. It is important to follow the safety instructions, it does smell bad when it gets too low and it will burn through the tin onto your base plate. All of the warnings and safety measures should be taken seriously and read throughly before using. I look forward to many more city bonfires!
