I hate it because I ordered this item since 11/26/22 and until now, 12/20/22, I have not received it yet. No email, no tracking number, nothing! Like I never ordered it! It supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter as one of her wish list. And it’s not here! She will be very disappointed to not get it!
I’m actually glad to finally see an email coming from you, but will I get the item I ordered before Christmas? If not, I need to cancel the order. This is poor customer service.
