Very solid track bar — makes the stock one look wimpy. The uniball and heim joint feel extremely solid and look like they’ll last a long time. Dirty Diesel’s customer service was excellent as always, and shipping was fast. I’d absolutely buy this bar again, though I doubt I’ll ever need to — it’s built to last and well worth the extra money. I decided to try this on my 18' 2500 6.7 Cummins after having a tiny bit of steering play that I thought would go away after upgrading my track bar with a Carli Track bar, so I ordered this and installed it. Installation was super easy. I'd recommend getting a crows foot to torque this properly for the steering shaft extension (Its an 1 3/4" crows foot, but you'll need a big adjustable to take the stock Pitman arm nut off, but it's super loose from the factory). The fitment of this product was perfect! I no longer have anxiety starting and driving my new (to me) truck with 135xxx miles. And instructions where very good, only thing was the pictures werent great but with some help from youtube and mechanical knowledge, it was no problem. I especially like how the instructions included torque specs for new parts being installed as well as parts the need to be removed. It concerned me, that my lawn mower had a larger oil filter than my 3.0l Duramax. With the premise that GM is more concerned with profitability, than engine longevity; I searched for an alternative. The PPE filter is nearly twice the size of the GM filter, it has 3x the filtration and includes a magnet. By all accounts the PPE filter should be superior to the GM.
