Been buying this brand since it landed in the shops but lately material is very flimsy and sizing has always been small but now I'm having to size up on everythink pls make the clothes bigger (True to Size)

Bought jacket on recommendation from a friend. On first wear zip came off. Tried contacting Montirex customer service and I’m still waiting for a response 2 days later. Not happy 😣😣

Love the colour but not happy with the new supplier and new sizing … shorts are too short and tshirts not true to size. Hearing alot of complaints and looking elsewhere myself for my sons clothing! Sorry! You could lose a lot of customers if you haven’t already.

I bought a tracksuit and I ordered a medium top and a XS bottoms for sale. It was a mistake so I sent the XS bottoms back and tried to exchange them for a medium. I followed all the returns policy and that’s been a whole week now and I’ve had no exchange or even an email to say they have received my items so I have 0 idea what’s happening right now and I’m down £45.99

Hi, I got a size 14/15 for my 12 year old son who is an average 12 year old, the 14/15 was far to small for him it was more like a size of a 8/9 or 10/11. It was a lovely top and lovely material and nice colours, just shame about sizing.

I wouldn't know how good the jacket is as i still haven't recieved it. Sent 3 emails asking for a refund, and still no luck. The problem is with Evri but Montirex know about it so surely they should refund me.
