This is a hard review to write. For the first time I was disappointed. I guess I didn’t understand what a matte finish was. The pumpkin is lifeless and I think I will return it. UPDATE: Customer service is great. I returned the pumpkin. Chris was very understanding and wanted me to be a satisfied customer. Changing my stars rating.
