It attacked me. I got poked by glass that had not been checked for sharp protrusions. I had to use my scythe stone to remove them. Otherwise, the gourd is exactly as pictured.

Loved all the pumpkins I ordered 4 in all. I was disappointed that they were not labeled as birthstone pumpkins. I knew the August Peridot of course. Dec and March were very similar in color. I just would have been nice that the receivers of these gifts knew they represented birthstones and weren't just a colored glass pumpkin. They are lovely....
