The coffee is great! On par with premium pod brands. I liked the variety pack as it gave me a chance to taste all the blends before committing to purchasing too many of a single type. Whilst we LOVE the coffee itself, this shipment has seen an issue with the individual capsules. A number of the little aluminium tops had dents in them which my Nespresso machine does not like so it's difficult to get a coffee pour from them. I've not experienced this before, they've always been perfect in the past. Hopefully no issues with further purchases.

I have a query,my last two shipments were payment processed by something called SHOPPAY. which means we have gone from manual payment proesssing to automatic.
I am not happy with this arrangement as you just process payment without me being able to process my cards 2 factor security system provided by the ANZ.
This also means you have in your records my full Visa number where previosly under the manual system this disappeared from your records after payment made.
