I ordered the 5 in 1. As a woodworker I am critical of sharpness and blade quality. Having worked with high speed stell CBN wheels ans wet stone sharpening I am extremely impressed with the sharpness and quality of the knives. First use was splitting a cooked chicken. Smooth cutting and split the backbone in half easily. Highly recommend them!

The screws in the handle were loose when i recieved it, after a little finagling i was able to tighten them. (Not the traditional Philip's head screws.) I love the feel of it though, the weight took a little getting used to. I like the simple canvas sheath that came with it. Comes in a decorative box if you are buying it as a gift, i bought it for my own use in a professional kitchen, arrived in about 2 weeks to Alaska.

Fantastic blade. Weighted perfectly for me. Very agile and wicked sharp. Blade holds its edge. I have to keep the blade well oiled and dry to keep the rust down. I am using a light mineral oil to keep the rust and iron metallic smell in check. I am pleased with the blade and would like more!
