Cooper LOVES this! I searched high and low to find a front bike carrier for dogs more than 5-6kgs. Cooper is 8.5kg. This carrier bag is sturdy, allows air flow to keep him cool and has him hooked in to keep him safe. All the while getting his 'gold class' view from the front. It's great he can join us on family rides. Great product!!

The carrier saved my dog when I got hit by a car on my bike at an intersection as she was in the basket and connected. She stayed in the basket with the bike whilst I went head first over the car. I straight away bought another one! Not back out riding yet so using in the car.

I purchased for our Maine Coon Kitten, who is currently 6 months old, as he loves coming everywhere with us. It converts easily from a car booster seat to a back pack and our boy Taitana loves being able to see everything and go everywhere we go.
I have not used it on the bike yet but I can’t wait to do that too.

I love this carry bag.. exactly what I was looking for to carry my 7.6kg Westie pup.
He sits comfortably in front.
Tip make sure you pull the straps really tight so it doesn’t hit the front of the bike tyre and supply your pooch with plenty of treats to distract him. And in no time they will get use to it.
You may have to adjust the restraining strap as I found it a little long.. but if you tie a few knots in it to help shorten it, should do the trick.

It took a little convincing to get Oreo in the Chillbug, but once in he loved it! Our other dog Kasper was more relaxed about the whole process and didn't have any reservations about getting in. I've also found it great to hold water and other items in when I don't have the dogs in it. It's quite sturdy and secure and we never felt like the dogs were not safe and secured on our rides, even when riding on a unsurfaced road.

I have tried other dog carriers before. The Chillbug solution has been the best for keeping our dog feeling calm and secure. His paws are securely inside the bag - so he can't hop up and throw the balance of the bike.

Our fur baby China is 12 years old and loves going bike riding with my husband. China sits in up front on the bike surveying all that she passes. Her ears flap in the breeze and if a dog could smile, I think she would. The safety strap on the bag is a great feature, during China’s first ride she tried to jump out of the bag when she saw me. The safety strap prevented her jumping and held her firmly in the bag.

This is a terrific product, we love it. My little girlfriend and I often cycle to the beach. She rides in style in her ChillBug. No worries about sand or salt water, the ChillBug is super easy to clean. I had to install a longer neck on my handlebar shaft to prevent the basket resting on the front tyre, but after that it was plain sailing.
