The bottle caps/seals can be better. Once it’s opened it leaves spike like bumps. Which hurts your hand and isn’t user friendly.

This is a great product. The water quality is amazing. The part I don't love is that Kauai is removing the mountainfalls labelling and putting their own yet leaving the lid the same inclusive of the "mountainfalls.co.za" text.
They are charging R19.99 per bottle at their stores which is a mark up of nearly 50% per bottle at the bottle price of the 24 pack of 500ml. Absolutely ridiculous.

The new cap on the 500 ml bottle really improves the sparkling water as it seals in the sparkle much more than the previous cap did. The water also does not run into the cap before opening like it did before as there is a seal which breaks when you open the bottle for the first time.
