My favorite holster of all time! Couldn’t be happier. I did experience an issue with the mag side slider that allows you to adjust the pressure pad that goes against the belt but T1C acknowledged the issue and said they sent me out a replacement. Solid company with exceptional products!

Have used sidecar holster for years with Glock 19 wanted an appendix holster for my staccato p so bought this after a friends recommendation. I have a few tier 1 holsters, best out there. My only feedback is that with my p365x the clip screws extend the overall length of the holster making an extra inch of plastic beyond the slide length. I'm not sure if it'd be possible to leave space for adjustment and take that extra plastic out.. But if I could make one change I'd shorten the holster to the same length as the gun. Larger guns this is not an issue.

Fits perfectly! I didn’t even need the wedges. Very high quality, and I love that there’s plenty of adjustment. My CZ P07 fits very snug within the holster, it’s great for retention. Probably not great for a weaker individual, But hey that’s what adjustments are for.

I love it. I’m carrying more gun, but it’s way more comfortable. My only regret was not getting the side car version for a spare mag. With the two clips already being a part of it, you don’t lose anything by carrying the spare mag. It is disappointing that you can’t add a spare mag to this set up without having to spend another $120+ dollars to buy another holster.

This is the nicest holster I’ve ever owned. I was skeptical of the sidecar style at first, but figured I’d give it a shot and it works like a charm. I have an easier time concealing this than my micro-compacts, which was incredibly surprising. I think that is due to the clips being so far apart compared to holsters for those other guns. My first holster I purchased was the MSP for TLR1 that I use for my full size PDP. I loved the setup but wanted a side car type or holster. I ended up buying the APX for my compact pdp. I alternate both holsters for my EDC. I use the APX if I shoot an IDPA match and I use my MSP if I shoot a uspsa match. I would highly recommend the MSP and APX holsters.

First appendix holster I've tried that didn't stab my gut or crush my manhood when I sat down. Great product, only regret is not getting one of the models with an attached mag carrier, wasn't sure if they're be room for it but there is, that's on me. Love this thing.

Love this belt, my only issue is that it doesn’t stay on the size I set it to, about every third day I have to make it smaller, seems to slip, but as far as comfort goes it’s top notch, I’ve used many different belts and this one is the best so far, I’ve seen people say a down side to this belt is that it’s appendix only, I disagree. I carry appendix most of the time but I also use it for strong side and it works great.

Great holster! The Staccato P w/ x300 configuration fits the C (2024) w/x300 but does rub along the frame where the C is wider than the P. Otherwise, it secures the gun well and draws easily. No hang-ups in or out of the holster. 👍

Best appendix holster I have had! Had another manufacturer sidecar that was rigid, the APX is much more comfortable. The ability to move the magazine carrier around is awesome. I originally bought it for a gen 5 19, but just got a gen 6 19. The gen 6 fits perfectly in the gen 5 holster.

This is a very nice magazine holder. I use it on my Kore Battle Belt to carry two extra 15 round magazines for my Sig P365XL. I like how they must be inserted correctly, so when you pull them out they are oriented correctly to slap into the mag well. I had mine made in black multicam to match the Kore belt and also a Tier 1 Optio holster that is mounted to a G-Code drop leg kit. I will have pics of the holster in another review.
