I was SO bummed when they stopped making the Axis Slim. I loved the spacing and the mag angle. But The APX solves everything. The highlight of it is how the grid and mag claws helps retain the curve of the holster, where the Axis sometimes wants to hinge outward. I have every holster Tier1 (and TrexArms) makes and this is the best sidecar holster i’ve tried.

Got this for a CZ P01 with a Streamlight TLR7x. It is by far my favorite out of the 3 holsters I have for it, including another Tier1. I find sidecar-style holsters to be the most comfortable for all-day carry. I have carried it for about a month so far. The wedges help to make this the most comfortable holster available. It looks good, and I recommend Tier1 to anyone looking for a solid holster option.

I was a little resistant to purchasing these as an add on. Although I love my T1C holsters, they aren’t exactly inexpensive, so I tend to resist add-ons. The Tier 1 Concealed wedge is an excellent product. It installs quickly, and the adhesive bonds extremely well. It’s very comfortable for everyday EDC use and makes a noticeable difference. If you’re looking to reduce printing and help the pistol sit closer to your body, this is the way to go. Highly recommended.

I have several holsters but never carried appendix because they are all uncomfortable. Finally broke down and paid the money for a Tier 1. It's the most comfortable holster even with the added mag pouch. I wear it appendix with pants, shorts without any issues!! Love it...

I was super unsure about this holster. I’ve been through countless different brands and types. I went ahead and “bit the bullet” and bought the Axis Elite . The only thing that I did not like is the lead time. This is the most comfortable holster I have ever used it is smooth around all the edges, and very sturdy.I would buy the War Poet Axis Elite agin, the red and black design has not worn away or faded. Got the axis elite for my g43x and I love it!! Tucks well and very comfortable to wear all day long. I have driven from Cali to Arizona wearing it and had no issues!! I’ve had Kore,Nextbelt,Treyvax,We the people and others. This is hands down the best, most comfortable belt I’ve owned. It doesn’t dig into your waist like other belts and the stiffness is in the right place up front for appendix carry. The stretch at the rear makes it comfortable for all day wear. Can’t wait for other colors to come in stock so I can pickup another one. T1C you made my edc much more comfortable so thanks!!

Very adjustable. I'm 5'8" and 238 pounds with a good sized belly. With a good belt is a very comfortable rig. Wear it daily for 8 hours plus. Driving and everything it works great.

Absolutely love this holster!! My Walther PDP Full Size 4.5" and my Springfield XD-40 4" fit perfectly. Both with a Streamligh TLR1-HL. Multicam Black came out amazing. And as a side note, my Alien Gear QDS plate mounted perfectly in to the upper most screw holes in the holster without any adapter plates. 👍🏼 💪🏼. Great job Tier1 !!!

This is my 4th IWB T1C holster. The first one without the magazine holder attached. Doesn’t stay immobile as well as the Axis Elite’s I have, but works great with sweats and shorts. I just ordered the newest 2 clip single holster for the same pistol. Waiting for it to come in. Oh and love y’all’s shooting videos. They are a great help with my 3 new Holosun He507C-GR-X2 on my FN 509C Tactical and 2 HE507K-GR-X2 on my wife’s Sig P365 Rose and my Sig P365 XMacro Comp.

Its outstanding so far. Every holster I've used so far has cracked right at the mod wing. This one seems super sturdy and is holding up to about 16hr carry a day every day so far!!!

Really happy with my agis elite holsters. I have one light bearing and one non-light bearing. They are well made, conceal well, and allow me to comfortably carry my firearm and a spare mag all day. Highly recommended.

I love this holster, it was made for my xmacro with the TLR-7 Sub. It is super comfortable and it I will get another for my Shield Plus Performance Center and CZP10C. The customer service is amazing and quick with responding, the only down side was the wait time, but well worth it.

I love this wedge. It keeps the pressure to a minimum, and is extremely comfortable when bending or stooping. I highly recomend if you feel that your IWB holster is digging in a little bit, or more than it should. 11/10 stars.

I own 6 Tier1 holsters and this is my favorite. I wasn’t sure how well this holster would ride with the weight of the X5 DH3, but it is perfect. Great concealment and weight distribution. Tier1 never disappoints!

I purchased the Axis Elite with rail light access for my Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro. I ordered the medium 1.5 inch wedge which I put it on the slide. This created a pressure point from the rail light part of the holster. I went ahead and ordered the wedge sizing pack and put the small wedge on the rail light side which relieved the pressure point. I've carried a Glock 34 for 5 years. Previous holster was cheap and I carried at 3 O Clock. But with this holster it feels great. The Glock 34 is no easy gun to conceal, especially in appendix position, but this holster rig makes it easy. Would recommend to everyone!

The customizability of this setup is top tier. Though the EZ Adjust Clips come automatically with the APX holster (you can't select different clips), you get 2x standard clips and 1x short clip. Even if that's the case, I found that the UltiClips work perfectly fine on the APX setup. The only potential downside is the cost of it all.
