Very happy with the holster. I wear this all the time including hours at a time outdoors in the Florida summer heat. Very stable and comfortable. Most comfortable inside or outside the waist holster I've used in 30 years of carrying. Holds my pistol great as well. Smooth and secure!

I have both axis elite and agis elites. Both kill it in the concealment department (wedges are simply a bonus), and although they will be coming out with a shield arms 43x mag holster later, I couldn’t wait and pulled the trigger on this. Shield mag is retained well even with a different mag catch location, but sometimes finnicky when putting mag back in. I have always scoffed at appendix carry as it never worked for me before. A few people I work with let me try their T1C setup and I liked it. My holster (non-Tier1) was pretty comfortable BUT after a long day of carrying AIWB I would get a pain on my pelvis from the holster digging in. Bought the wedge pack just to get some cushion right there and IT WORKS PERFECT. No more pain!!! Bought the pack because I didn’t know which one was going to suit me best. I put on the small one to start and haven’t taken it off since! I’m 5’6 125lbs with a waist of 28-29.

Did a lot of research on appendix holsters before deciding to go with the T1 Slim for my SW M&P Shield. I’ve wasted a lot money in the past buying holsters through trial and error and didn’t want to do that again. I got exactly what I wanted and expected from T1 and have been recommending them to friends. Very comfortable and conceals extremely well. I’ll definitely buy another T1 holster in the future.

Holster fits appropriately and securely, just be mindful of the buckle you use. Retention is great for both the handgun and magazine. I love it so much I suggested it to several of my friends. The wedges I ordered alongside it also help with the fit of the holster to help give more of a flush look

I’m a new conceal carry recipient and I’ve tried several holsters. None conceals as good as this one. It’s surprisingly comfortable. The wedges add a bit more concealment as well. The folks from Achilles Heel Tactical where I took my first pistol course highly recommend T1C and I now do as well. I’m very happy with my purchase. The lead times are well worth the wait.

Love the fit and conceal ability. It is very comfortable but I would highly advise wedge pack. I am waiting on my wedge pack to push the upper part of gun into my gut for better concealment.

I love them soo much I bought 2. I wish the claw on the light bearing holster was higher in line behind the belt but I keep my belt clips higher so it’s hard to have the best of both worlds. The claw on the non light bearing holster is perfect. I still give both 5 stars!!

Great holster. I'll definitely be shopping with Tier 1 again. Better than any other holster I've ever owned. The lead time sucks though. You have to wait almost a month and a half to get your order. Other than that, great experience.

Tier 1 Concealment holsters are the best that money can buy. I’m able to completely conceal a full size P320 X-grip module with a TLR-1HL and a Romeo Pro along with the additional magazine. I also own an axis slim for my p365 which is incredible. I would 10/10 recommend the axis slim for anyone who carries appendix.

I could not be more thrilled with my purchase. I am able to conceal a full size, CZ P10F, as long as not wearing a tight fitting under armour type shirt. It really is remarkable. I like the wide wedge on my axis slim holster definitely holds it in a better place and helps conceal it a little better. First day i wore it extended period it was a little uncomfortable after a few hours but as I’ve used it its work in to a comfortable point already. I would recommend trying it if you’re thinking about it.

This is a solid edc holster. I have a 43x with tlr6 and it fits great. The wing attachment keeps it locked down, And it’s incredibly comfortable. I wasn’t sure about a connected rig like this, I’m a bit bigger but it’s been the best Holster purchase I’ve ever made and well worth the wait.

I’ve carried AIWB for years. This is, hands down, the most comfortable rig for AIWB I have found. I was admittedly reluctant to get this, thinking that the mag carrier would make it feel too big or too wide. Not so. It is surprisingly comfortable, slim feeling, and requires far less fiddling and adjusting as I go from sitting to standing compared to other holsters. It provides an exceptionally stable foundation from which to draw the gun.

Very pleased with my Axis Slim for my CZ P-01. Love the OD green. Gun draws out and back in of the holster smoothly. After a little adjusting, the retention is perfect with that audible click once holstered. It is also very comfortable. Looking forward to receiving my OWB holster as well.

Great holster for my Staccato P with a X300! I can definitely feel the positive retention and vacuum like suction when I holster up. Also, the fellas went the extra mile to mount my Safariland QLS Fork that I ordered along with it! i adore all of my tier 1 holsters, they are the most comfortable holsters i’ve ever worn/owned. just got two new ones in for my Bodyguard 2.0 and my g26. they both are great and the lifetime warranty gives you peace of mind, because they aren’t cheap! i have big setups all the way to small for when i feel like carrying light. just have one more to order for my canik prime!

This is my third Tier 1 appendix carry holster/magazine combo and could not be happier. Started with the Sig P365 which is my EDC and it was so comfortable I purchased one for my H&K P9S and another for my Sig P320 Carry. Once adjusted for your build it’s like it isn’t there, even the big P320. They all but disappear under a bulky shirt. Cannot go wrong with Tier 1, they make a great product.

Love the holster, the overall make of it is beautiful. The mold is sturdy and the fit is perfect. Couldn’t expect much more. Only issue I had was it took a month and almost a half to get it but I will say it’s worth the wait.

There are a lot of holster companies out there to choose from. Especially for concealed carry. I personally have 5 different appendix carry setups. Excellent holster! I’ve tried many different holsters over the years and I’m happy to say this is by far my favorite. By choosing the Xiphos V2 and using a NeoMag spare mag holder, I’ve finally found the right combination for my EDC. Comfortable, durable and slick, and I’ve always been impressed with the claw and wing on Tier 1 holsters that keeps printing to a minimum.
