I love Tier 1 Concealed products. This is my second Axis holster. With a tremendous amount of kydex holster making companies, I prefer to use a proven design from a company with a reliable track record. I have experience in federal law enforcement, as well as personal protection. I can assure you my opinion carries considerable weight when it comes to choosing the right gear for the job in firearm concealment. I recommend sticking with these holsters over other inferior designs.

Fantastic fit and finish. Great retention on both the magazine and firearm. Makes my 17 round 2011 disappear yet still keeps the firearm very accessible. This is my 6th or 7th one and they only get better as time has gone on. I cannot recommend these holsters enough. If you're on the fence, stop and just do it.

Just buy it. Was skeptical at first, but the wedge really does make a difference. I'm a short guy (5'6) and I like to carry my Glock 19 appendix--but at the end of the day I'd be a little sore, had to constantly adjust where my gun was riding. With the wedge I can go from walking to sitting without needing to adjust and it just makes everything much more comfortable. Will be adding to all my rigs.

Must have item for appendix. Forms to your body, rotates the gun back & the grip in, and the adhesive is incredibly strong. I'll be putting them on all my holsters. Large is pictured and hits just right.

Loctite your screws! I forgot to and lost one but this is best holster yet! Really fits comfortably with great retention. Before with other holsters I would come home and run to gun safe to take off my gun. My EDC was becoming not such and everyday thing. But now, I come home and sometimes it takes me an hour or more before I even notice it and decide to take it off. This is my first experience with a more expensive holster. I loved it right out of the box. I’m a bigger guy, and have always been nervous of printing. I felt like my handle was always poking out. With this holster I immediately lost all my worries. Even with the +2 mag extensions on my G43 mags it conceals great. I would, and already have, recommend tier 1 to anyone looking for a holster.

Smooth draw! Doesn't feel like there is much holding it when I draw but when I try to dump the gun it doesn't fall! Its the most comfortable appendix holster I can find for my body type (5'9", 156lbs) it leaves room for what I want to do to my gun, add an optic, comp, extended spare mag but will still run smooth with out the cool looking stuff on my gun. Fits a railed Government 1911. I was on the fence about this holster for a while, seeing most reviews show fit for smaller handguns. I took a leap of faith before spending so much on a holster - worth it! It fits comfortably and conceals very well. Finally, a holster that can do both for a 5" 1911. Hands down the most comfortable iwb holster I've ever carried, being a smaller person and only having a 32" waist this holster definitely conceals without any issue and sitting down or bending over isnt painful like with other holsters. I would recommend to anyone and already have gotten a few people to order one.

This is the first pistol holster I've ever purchased - and I did quite a bit of research beforehand! I learned about Tier 1 via Warrior Poet Society on YouTube, whose opinions I trust and value. This holster definitely lived up to the positive reviews by John at WPS! It is very comfortable, love the retention and adjustability, customizable Kydex colors are awesome, and it looks great. Fits my Glock 48 perfectly, as expected! Thank you for making my first holster a good experience!

After using other appendix carry holsters I was starting to give up on appendix carry all together. Other holsters either don’t conceal well or are very uncomfortable. Then I decided to try one last holster. That was the axis elite. This will be the last holster I buy. It conceals better than any holster I’ve ever owned and is far more comfortable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

As a female, I was worried this would be too bulky. But with the right clothes it disappears! It pokes me a bit, but I put a wedge on and that helped a lot. I love how it looks! I have three T1C holsters in total, for each of my EDC in rotation, and there are a million reasons why I only use T1c holsters. After carrying at 3 o'clock for years, I made the decision that appendix carry made a lot of sense. I received a strong recommendation for Tier 1 and decided the Aegis really met my needs. I liked the idea of the attached mag carrier but wasn't sure it was right for me. Having the option to remove the carrier was a big plus, but ended up not being necessary. I was 100% surprised when I received the holster. It's extra thick, the draw is smooth, and overall beautifully constructed. Read the instructions and Loctite everything before you use it. I already lost a spacer. Other than that this is my new favorite holster.

I love this holster. Personally, I run it with one clip only. Seems to work great. Easy on/off. But very secure when on. Only caveat I will offer. If this is your first light bearing holster, it will be an adjustment. You will not get the satisfying “click” you get in non lighted holsters. But it’s a great holster!

I have to say, this is one impressive holster. I got all the bells and whistles, thicker kydex and premium black Muticam and couldn’t be HAPPIER! I love this holster! The cut is phenomenal. When drawing the gun, my hand doesn’t hit the kydex like a few others. Some cuts on other holsters have a lot of kydex close to the grip, the optio holster has plenty of room for your draw hand. It’s expensive with all the bells and whistles but WELL WORTH IT!

I love this holster! I came from alien gear. After seeing alot of good things on youtube and other reviews, I made the jump. Sure, they might be more expensive then a couple of manufacturers, but the quality and the way I can conceal my 19 is amazingly better than the others. Took a little extra time because of the Corona virus, but I was expecting way more. Will definitely be getting one for my 43x. 10/10 would buy again.

I absolutely love this thing. Retention is perfect, it sits exactly where I want it. I was showing off the new gun tonight at my parents house, (STI 1911 4inch with x300.) and they couldn’t believe I had this on without any printing whatsoever. My only complaint is the clips are a bit thicker what I’m used to for previous rigs, but I have had no actual issues with concealment or use. 100% recommend.

As an abnormally skinny guy, it’s been insanely painful trying to find a holster that actually conceals my Glock19. I’ve finally found one, hundreds of dollars later. If you have a slim build, look no further. My weapon and extra mag are invisible in shorts and a t-shirt. Could not be happier.
