Well worth the price for something you wear every day. I got it for my G43x and it fits like a glove. The extra protrusions really help to hide the profile and it is practically impossible for anyone to tell if I'm wearing it or not.

Amazing rig, thee best for my glock 30sf 45acp. I can wear this comfortably while driving. I'm 5'10 210lbs. Lil dad bod going on, but not totally flat belly. And still feels good, while walking, driving, and bending down.

Ive been using this holster since March 2025, and its been my favorite holster to use since. I have other T1C holsters for other pistols, but this one has been the best one. Im 5'9" 180 lbs and with proper clothing I can conceal a full size pistol which allows me to not have to carry another mag. Highly recommend T1C all their holsters are solid, but this one for a full size is the best in my honest opinion.

I originally ordered the Axis Elite for a Glock 43x with ulti clips amd loved it! Since then I got the Axis Elite for the M9A3.
I wore the M9A3 and with a pair of non stretch jeans and ran errands. I walked around, drove about an hour, no prior adjustments... definitely made adjustments when I got home. Running the M9A3 in jeans isn't bad, is what it is. I wear 5.11 Apex pants for work and can do a good amount of driving, go up and down ladders, no problem and don't even notice if I squat...

Love the modularity. I added DCC clips for a slimmer profile and more retention. I like having both on the same side, makes going to the bathroom easier. Only improvement I would suggest is to make the mag carrier have a smooth channel so you can have more angle options when mounting it. Overall I'm very happy with the setup.

I had a problem where the pistol and mag would push off of the body causing my belt to rotate forward. These wedges assisted with my belt facing parallel to my body and creating a cushion against my groin. Honestly, this holster changed my opinion of appendix carry. Although I am not super overweight there is no denying that i have a gut. Carrying appendix even with small guns has always been uncomfortable, but I feel so much more secure carrying there knowing I’m not showing off my gun and no one is going to snatch it off my side.

The holster fits perfectly with my gun. I have a Smith and Wesson m&p shield. The slides in and locking in place for a tight hold. But it is also easy to get out and use quickly. I'll wear them around the house to get more comfortable with it and I forget it's there sometimes. I love this product and I highly recommend it for other gun owners.

I haven't ever carried appendix. I was always a 7-8 o'clock guy. I decided to pull my shirt down every 3 seconds and printing like crazy was for the dogs. I will be honest it is really weird carrying like this for the 1st day. Afterward, I only notice it sometimes if I have to sit straight up and down. it is very comfortable and I cannot even think about going back to an OWB carry ever again.
