Easy to use but a little heavy. Hair will not hold the wave in humidity. First one broke very easily on the handle, but they quickly sent a replacement. Overall, I really like it and it was worth it to get it!

I can't tell you how many compliments I get whenever I use to do my hair. It's heavy and a little difficult to use initially trying to figure out where and how you want to hold it. Once you figure it out, you can finish in under 20-30 minutes depending on how many sections you do and how long your hair is. I love this wand and wished I had not waited so long to buy it.

Love how it gives a more natural look! I have naturally wavy hair and don’t always want the typical spiral curl look you get with wands/curling irons. This was so much easier to use than crimpers and the curls look way less 12yr old from the 90’s. I did find that I had to turn up the heat to 410 and hold in place longer than I do with a wand, but it worked out.

I’m learning to love it! I used it for the first time yesterday and once I got my hair sectioned out it was smooth sailing from there. Very easy to use and adjust the temperature. I was a little surprised as to how heavy the barrel side is, would like a little counterweight on the handle side (I also am 6 months post-surgery on my elbow and haven’t been using tools on my hair a whole lot).
