When trying to use the Tidal Hair for the first time, it was sticky and therefore wouldn't allow my hair to slide thru the iron & it kept getting stuck. I tried cleaning the iron but it didn't help. Very disappointed for the money I paid.

It’s ok ...clamp is positioned weird ...the groove where ur hand holds it and distance up the Clamp to open it up are really far apart baking it somewhat difficult to use . I’m a professional hair salon owner and the positions of device just feel awkward

Overall, I think the product concept is a decent idea, but the product itself did not meet my personal standards. Beginning with trying to use the product itself, I have small hands, so trying to grip the handle throughout the process of doing my hair (and I have thick hair) was quite uncomfortable, and my thumb became sore after doing my hair. Also, using the product, I could not achieve the wave I wanted, braiding my hair after a shower makes it 10x wavier than using the Tidal Hair Waver. I h...
