The first ring I received wasn’t engraved. You sent a new one out immediately! I got it faster than the original ring! I purchased the ring for my grandson to give to his mom. She found out in October that she has cancer. Now that surgery has been completed, she will have to do treatment which will cause her to be away from him for a short period of time.
