I gave this record to my partner for his birthday, and he loved it! We both listened to the record for the first time together, and it was so much fun seeing his face light up when he recognized each song. This is such a cool company. I was worried that because I was having a record made with original music, it would somehow not work well, but they found every single song and it sounds amazing on the turntable! Even the cover art and the record stickers are exactly what I submitted. It came SO much faster than I expected, too. website was simple and easy to use. When I ordered it, I didn’t realize I put the letter too close to the edge and would be cut off in production. However before they printed it Brian reached out to and explained that I could send him a new PFD and who could replace the old photo. Shows just how amazing their customer support is and how they take the time out of their day to make sure everything is perfect. I will definitely be buying again!

So much better than another company I used (intheclouds) in the past for a vinyl record. Image quality on the sleeve is better, created and shipped wayyyyy faster and sounds great. Price is on par with other places but the seamlessness of the creation process and turnaround time made it super easy.

Got this as an anniversary gift to someone obsessed with records. The final product is amazing! 7 of the 8 songs sound really good and the quality of the vinyl itself is great (no smudges, no scratches, and not even a speck of dust). Customer service was also on point, regularly and promptly following up on my order and making sure the songs were right. Honestly I was super worried that this was a scam but 100% would get again :)

ordered this as a present for my boyfriend. he absolutely loved it. the quality is so good on the cover and on the vinyl itself. came with a very good protecter for the vinyl. the only thing i will say is that it did take like 3-4 weeks. i got caught in customs fee too so do be careful if ordering from ireland etc. also make sure to take screenshots of the songs added too as you can’t see them when the order is purchased. costumer service were amazing answered all questions well and very polite....

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I originally struggled with uploading my audio to the website because of the file type and how long it was. I ended up emailing back and forth with Rapunzel and the customer service I received was more than I could’ve asked for.
