The end product was great, and customer service was also amazing. I had some trouble with the initial ordering process, and adding the songs got messed up, but someone reached out after they noticed a mistake and I was able to fix everything. Overall, a very good experience and good product.

I got my dad a vinyl of his original music, and he absolutely loved it!! The quality was great. There was a mix up in the process, I’d somehow submitted the list with some songs repeating, but the company saw this and instead of taking the easy route, they reached out to ask if there was a mistake, because they wanted to make sure I got exactly what I had in mind! This was the perfect anniversary gift. We love a good vinyl at our house and being able to customize one with all of our wedding songs was so special. My husband loved it! The support was great. They reached out a couple times to confirm the pictures looked good and to make sure the music I picked out was correct. The music quality is pretty poor, so I would definitely add-on the option to enhance the sound quality. All-in-all, this was an amazing and special gift that we will cherish forever!

When the person I gifted it to tried it on his player, however, it played smoothly and sounded great. I guess the drive of your player can be something to consider when ordering.
