I've had the BuzzTrap Plug-In Indoor Insect Smart UV Trap for almost a month now and so far I have no complaints. I have annoying soil gnats that never seem to die but within 2 days (see picture) I noticed a decrease in them. I bought two traps and gave one to my brother who is an avid gardener and within a few days he asked me where I got the trap so he could order more!

This little unit sits in a corner of the kitchen counter and quietly does its job. I know it works because the bugs aren't flying around the kitchen. I know where I can find them though! On that round sticky thing at the bottom of that machine.

I've had this set up in my room for about two days and it worked almost instantly! I had a lot of gnats in my room and they were always flying at my face and bothering me. This product actually catches gnats. I placed it around my household plants. After a week, the trap caught several gnats. I deducted a star because it didn't catch as many as I hoped. I think for the square footage of the area, I need another trap, which I'm going to order. I recommend purchasing the product.

Fantastic product. I love plants, but hate fungal gnats. This product has helped so much already and I have only used it for about a week so far. I have tried sticky traps and those work, but this is definitely more effective.

IF you are wondering about getting this... do it!! My goodness this has been one of the best purchases ever. Our screen sliding door got hole in it from a dog. This worked since day one and a month later it caught so many bugs. It feels good knowing my family and dogs are not going to get bitten by bugs this spring and summer. Such a help!

I got a new one! GREAT. My buddy even got me another for my birthday. It's great for mosquitoes and fruit flies, so I'm glad they changed it. I've used it for a year. Had a bunch of mosquitoes trapped in the house, set this up, next morning almost all the mosquitoes were gone. It does have a very low hum from the fan which pulls mosquitoes in. Also, the UV light does actually put out a blue light.

A funny-looking retro-futuristic device that looks like it could have been designed by the Dyson company (it's not). The way it works is rather simple but ingenious; it uses UV light to attract bugs into it, and then wind force to overpower the bugs wings and sucks them down into a glue trap where it holds them there until you're ready to replace the glue trap.

This thing is pretty awesome. It is pretty clear this is straight out of China, but the design and performance are both spot-on. It has a nice matte black finish and the "supernova" light actually looks kind of cool. I appreciate that something like this doesn't have to be an eyesore.

Works like magic! In the heat and humidity of Florida summers, the gnats can drive one insane. I never write reviews. I ordered 3 shieldeck devices and they lasted for about 3 months. They helped me get rid of a slight gnat problem that was driving me crazy. The light bulbs then stopped working after 3 months, or maybe the devices stopped working. But anyway, they weren’t working. I reached out to customer service and after asking for a video of them not working, they sent 3 replacement devices and bulbs! Thanks so much!

I am an avid gardener and have seed starts growing in my house quite often. This usually brings forth the battle of the bug (fungus gnats). This year, I purchased this light trap and set it near my grow station and it has helped immensely! Of course, the fungus gnats won't be completely gone until I put the plants outside for the year, but it sure does help.
