We are not hunters. We have a horse ranch and the hogs were tearing up our pastures. Research done by Texas A&M states the best way to get rid of hogs is by trapping the whole sounder at once. I used a "loaner" for a Demonstration by our local County Extension Agent and we caught 15 pigs ranging from 50 to 250 pounds. I was sold so I bought one and just caught a 211 pound boar. I am looking forward to many more catches.

Set it up, no problems. I left it in the conditioning mode for two days, set it in catch mode and the next morning had a big boar, big sow and five of their kids. Best product I've bought in the last twenty years. Very satisfied with this thing.

When I first heard about the system, it seemed to good to be true. After talking to a landowner in a neighboring county about his success; I called and visited with Tony about his product. 21 Down! I set this trap once a month on my ranch in west Texas! 59 pigs in 4 settings. I Live in another state and visit one week each month. I only set it when I’m out there. Works great for absentee land owners. Once they find the bait, I’ll drop the sides and within Two nights I have pigs. My neighbors have bought the Pig Brig and now I probably will be pig free!

Once you have your feral pigs coming to bait you can condition them to the net in just a few days, then make a set. It’s stronger than it looks. Holds in those big boars that want to have a go at you, I’m pleased to say!

Set up was not hard, but I couldn't do it within an hour. Younger person might get it within an hour. Took me a little over 2 hours, but I'm 70. I have had it up a little over 3 weeks now and have a total of 41 taken care of so far. I don't think I have had one get out yet so its taking all the punishment boars can give it. Good trap. Works as it should and is especially good for trap shy hogs. Set up and tear down are not bad for one person. I have a gas powered T-Post driver which makes it easier. I live load the hogs and that can be tricky and we are still playing with that. I would recommend it to others and I would buy another if I need another trap. This trap is amazing. I wanted a trap that I did not have to watch 24/7 to catch pigs. Unfortunately it happens so fast after conditioning phase i can't sleep thinking about it. First set up we caught 14. The second set up we caught 16. I believe we caught the whole sound both times. Highly recommend pig brig!!!

Great pig trap. It works as advertised. I have set the trap twice since I purchased it. I followed the suggested set up, conditioning, and capture exactly as instructed. I caught 11 pigs the first time and 7 pigs the second time. I am in the process of setting up alternate locations as suggested. I am sure to catch more pigs in a shorter time between sets with alternative locations. Having fun but a lot of work for one 66 year old man, lol.

Trapping takes time. Even with Pig Brigg it takes a lot of time. The reward is catching many hogs and pigs at once instead of "onesey twosies." It does not completely eliminate the hog problem. It only sets things up for the rematch.
