I am blown away by this product! Being hands free without having to replace batteries is a good thing. I work as a forest fire lookout and on those nights at the tower, the red mode is going to be perfect to keep my night vision! Thank you! I ordered a battery pack to replace the one that would not recharge. I opened the cover and saw one of the electronics had a small burn spot. This probably is the cause of the failure. I bet the battery will charge when I cut away the electronic circuitry. I'm not sure if I was charged for the battery pack. I did send in a warranty claim/ request/complaint...or whatever. The better of the headlights out there for sure. I bought my first Pro about 2-3 years ago. The headband hurt and the battery pack died after a year of use. Well, I’m not sure about the battery pack yet but the headband is significantly improved and I bought a 3 pack Pro this time around as I can’t afford failure BUT After using the cheap Amazon versions for the last year, I’m back without reservation.

I received a lightbar AAA as a gift from my nephew. I have a farm and many horses. The lightbar works better than a traditional headlamp because it stays in place and the lightbar doesn't spotlight on the horses and spook them. I live in northern Michigan and have used it outside in all kinds of really nasty weather and it works well.

I've used regular spot headlamps for a while and this one is much better. Wide light coverage when needed (wide angle mode) and spot mode when I don't. Well made and love that it can be broken down, swapped with other parts/options and the available AA battery pack that will come in handy when I don't have the ability to recharge the normal battery pack. Hope the back-ordered hardhat and belt straps are available soon.

Well the product that I got was the pro it was the runner package, it's excellent but my only beef is with customer service, I got this product a week before Thanksgiving they sent me the wrong package, the runners package includes an extra battery and a free runner's belt, they sent me an extra charger.
