Was hesitant to buy electric bike online without riding at first but I pulled the trigger and I'm glad I did this bike is awesome I write it everyday it's fast fun and looks just like the picture. I'm five 11 and the bike fits me perfect. I would say this frame size is a large. Battery goes fast when you use it in power 5 I usually stick to one two or three then the battery lasts for a long time and you still can go really fast.

Still get a great workout ! Now I can Go on longer rides and faster and still get my heart rate over 140bps ! Fucare make a great e-bike ! Quality bus amazing ! Folds in half for easy transportation! It’s all about the adventure ! We can go on a 50 mile back ride now and explore as opposed to a 20 mile ride ! Love love love

Packaging was excellent. The bike seems very sturdy and well made. The YouTube video assembly instructions were perfect. Assembly was very easy. I was riding my new bike just 20 minutes after delivery. I’m loving the bike and the extended range pedal assist permits. I’m exploring new neighborhoods with my Fucare e-bike.

While initially I was worried as the box it came in was damaged and the owners manual was missing. However it was well packed and I found no damage on the unit and everything was full functional. My Fucare FM32 electric bike has been great so far it's been cold and wet here so I haven't been out as much as I would like. Excellent Ebike. Love the rear passenger seat feature and the look. I added a cup holder I bought off of amazon to the handlebar area that works really well. Super bright front light. Excellent rear brake light that turns brighter when I apply the brake. The suspension seat add on that the company supplies also works well and you can adjust the tension for a smoother ride if you are a lighter or heavier individual. The basket style carriers for both the front and rear of my Gemini are sturdy and well made. They compliment the bikes already good looks and are extremely useful. I have attached a fishing pole carrier to the rear rack and am off to my favorite fishing spot. One observation , the rear carrier must be mounted width wise otherwise you can’t remove the seat post battery for charging.

I bought this bike for traveling to work. There are some steep hills on the way and back. I was worried about that and was happy to find that with this bike there was nothing to worry about. Even on the steepest hill, I was traveling at 15 miles per hour. This is going to be fun; now I just need to find the best route to work. I ride my bike to work every chance I get for I'm having fun getting exercise and most of all saving gas. This bike has all the bells and whistles I couldn't ask for anything more. I've gone over 60.2 MI on one charge with still some power left. This ebike has it all hydraulic powered disc brakes, five pedal assist modes and a walking bike mode. It even has cruise control ! First time buying/riding an E Bike. I've always rode a regular MTB. Having difficulty riding up hills, so I purchased this FM31. It has changed the game for me. I LOVE IT! I'm able to concur hills now. Go on longer rides. Brought back the fun. The handling is great. The confront is great. The power is great. The look is great. The pricing is fair. The bike was easy to assemble out of the box. Rode it to work, which is about 5 miles. Everyone at work thought it was an amazing looking bike. Let a few people take a test ride and they were really impressed with it. However, I did snap the rear fender bracket the first time I went to ride it. E-mailed the service department and they were very helpful and fast to respond about my issue. Overall, I totally love the bike and I highly recommend purchasing from this company

I received item and its perfect. I even received a free electronic air pump. However there have been some discrepancies. My seat post is missing from the packaging. I spoke to a rep less then 24hrs after informing them of situation. I test drove bike and all is well except for the front lights not working. I've left messages and hopefully I can get s resolution.

Baskets are really made well and I can't wait to make good use of them. There are two items I would warn customers. The front basket doesn't turn with the handles; this is good because you don't dump the countenance out. This also means that the headlight now attacked to the basket doesn't turn with the handlebars.
