I’ve been using night guards for years. But the ones from my DDS are expensive and impossible to keep clean. The soft versions are much more comfortable, but they don't last very long. If you can afford the subscription, that is the route I would go. This last go round, I bought the hard version. It's not as comfortable, but much more comfortable than any of the other products I tried before switching to Cheeky. Since getting one of their mouth guards, I wearing them almost every night and my headaches are much better. I will keep buying them. I'd like to switch to the subscription with soft ones again...

I love this night guard! I’ve been having problems with clenching and grinding my teeth while I sleep and I was waking up with terrible headaches and tooth pain. Since I’ve been using cheeky I haven’t had any headaches its been great. I really recommend trying this out if you have the same problems!

Initially I chose the hard version as I thought it would be similar of what the dentist has made before, but it didn’t work well. When I contacted the customer service they offered me the soft version and this is the best I ever had. Nothing to do with the DIY kits.

The impression part was a little confusing. I bit down on it, but it warped the mouth guard bc most of the pressure was on the back molars. I redid the impressions by pressing evenly with my hands and it came out well. I'm a heavy grinder so I'm glad they have a thicker mouth guard option. But im very happy bc cheeky is sooooo much cheaper than getting night guards at the dentist.

I've had a night guard made by my dentist which cost me $500+. It never fit well and I always had to go back into his office to "adjust" it. Never wore it as a result. Love cheeky. Way more reasonably priced, fit like a glove, no trips into the dentist office, and the material is much more flexible. Love it. I tell everyone about it!

Sorry for my tired old face, but truly, I LOVE my Cheeky guard. My first time I purchased the rigid acrylic guard, set of 2. They lasted a year, but by the end I had ground holes in them my Bruxism is so bad. Plus, I was still occasionally waking up to my jaws aching. This time I decided to try the rigid- soft guard. Oh JOY!!! Amazing, great fit and SO much more affordable. Thanks Cheeky!

As you can see, it's made perfect to fit. I have a missing tooth on the left & a crown on last tooth. Also 2 missing teeth on right. I no longer have pain from grinding my teeth at night. Love this thing! super cheap compared to my dentist and great quality! it’s simple to set up and save your chompers + save some money. I grind my teeth at night and this really does the trick. I also get migraines and I wear this to help avoid tension in my jaw. I use the soft upper 3.0 mm and it’s super comfortable. highly recommend!

When I received my mouth guard, I was a bit unsure how good it would work because it is so much thinner than the mouth guard which my dentist made. However, it was a great fit and very comfortable. I slept in it with no problems at all. I'm very pleased.

Very comfortable and barely noticeable after a short adjustment period. I do wish the bottom edge was a bit smoother; I occasionally get pain along the side of my tongue from rubbing along it, but only when it’s already a little swollen or irritated from other causes.

Love, love, LOVE this guard. My super-expensive, hard & uncomfortable guard from the dentist broke early in the pandemic, and some kind soul in an online discussion of the NY Times article on increased teeth grinding told me about Cheeky. It is SO much better than the old guard--so comfortable I have no trouble sleeping, and so unobtrusive I can wear it on stressful days and still look presentable and be able to talk clearly. I love my new Cheeky mouthguard!! I have used so many mouthguards over the years. Most were either too bulky, or didn't cover all of my teeth, making my jaw hurt. I tried over the counter fixes and nope, doesn't work for my small mouth. Even their smallest tray was a very very tight fit, but they got it right. I have the thinnest one, but I might go for either a hybrid or a thicker guard because I do end up chewing it in a month. The quality and fit is astonishingly good and definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend cheeky.
