I really like my name on the necklace, however the actual chain itself is EXTREMELY flimsy & more than likely isn't going to hold up. Not to mention you can tell where it broke & instead of them replacing it with a new chain they inserted a out of place larger connector link on the side of the chain to piece it together. Which is very tacky!

I am disappointed on the monogram. I was under the impression that the initials were going to be as advertised, with the last name initial enlarged in the middle. Also, the font is not script. I don't like the period after each initial either.
