second one I have had this on is better with the magnet!

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the filter screen back in place- and of course it can't be used without it. I'd really appreciate some help in this regard.

I am not sure why I am reviewing this before i have recieved my free device to try and review, but I am excited to get my hands on it. I am a heavy flower smoker and this device came up when searching the web for a smoother smoking device. It is the first I have seen of the vaporizer that you hold the lighter to yourself. Analog is what they call them ? Also the carbon fiber look mixed with the unique wood grain make a very nice looking piece of equipment

Well, it doesn't work. I have a friend who has one and it was cool so I ordered one but it doesn't work. I have reached out to the company but have gotten no response. I just want to exchange it.

I love the attachment piece how can i get it

Worked great for the first week. Now it will turn on but I can’t get anything out of it. I can change the “heating” levels with all of the lights and colors, but no matter how hard I pull nothing comes out. I was very excited about this product but it’s a waste of money.

This is my second Nano. The first one worked for about 6 months the. Would not hold a charge. I bought it from A Touch of Modern web site so there for it was not covered by their warranty. Now, bought a new one this week. Charged it up and loaded it up. Nothing lights up and can change the colts but NOTHING draws from the cartridge. Changed the cartridge and still nothing. Email them and still have not hear anything. There are other that look close and work better. Buyer beware.

Tought this would be a good addition to my collection, although it does look good, but doesnt really work as expected. First time I tried once the I dictator turned I would be smoking, not vaping. When I open it, I would find burned product. Kinda disappointed for the price...

Just got this little guy, setup was super easy but Sadly it doesn't heat up. I set it to the highest (red) wattage, but nada. A bit disappointed. Sure hope someone can help me out please?

The pipe holder is very hard to open at the top part where the pen and lighter would go in to. The bottom part was easy to slide open. I don't want to pry it open because it is made of plastic and I don't want to break it. Not sure the best way to open the top. On another site, it say's to squeeze the top to open. NOT EASY!! I feel like throwing it against the wall because I am so frustrated!!! I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my brother.

Can't even use it. Don't know if I'm just stupid or if this thing is a p.o.s. but I put the little metal ring on my cart, then put the cart in the pen and nothing. Thanks for the waste of $$

Plastic....that should sum it up. Had they made this out of metal, I would have given it a better review. Mine already broke, I never dropped it and I have been very careful with it.

The screens seem to be just a tiny bit to big in diameter, for my pipe. They no longer snap into place. Is this a possibility? I included the fee and hoping the next package will be a tighter fit.

The magnetic cart sleeves provided do not work with standard 510 thread carts. Carts will not heat & vaporize. No other device I have has this problem with standard 510 carts.

Unfortunately, the device I received did not work with the standard 510 vape cartridges I got from my dispensary. Holding the cart in place without the magnetic adapter ring, I can get vapor, but with the ring in place, the device simply doesn't work. The same cartridges work just fine with other batteries.

How can i get a replacement glass mouth piece and filter for the rubber piece
