The bundle is good. The pipe can be very strong if that’s what you like otherwise you have to take it easy with the torch. I haven’t had a chance to clean it yet but it reserves a lot of tobacco.

These are wonderful when they work. Out of the (6) that I ordered, only (1) will work correctly. I've used them in the past and never had an issue. They charge and power up like they're supposed to but will not heat the cartridge. Thanks for any assistance

Initially I couldn't get the vape working, but reading the support pages I managed to pull up the central electrical contact with some tweezers and it does indeed work. Nice and small to carry around.

Great pipe. With the collar it makes it easier to dial in. Bought the ispire wand and they work perfectly together. The case is fine, does its job and allows you to carry all you need. Can take time to get used to opening it when it's new.
Now the lighter. Didn't try right away because of the wand, but when I wanted to check out after a few weeks found it didn't work. Clicks but no gas comes out, not will it accept refill. Contacted hippie pipe but after back and forths, sending proof of it not...

Got it! The direction of force applied is not straight up. Pull on one side if the top while squeezing. Same thing when re-attaching. Put one side under the little notch and snap down the opposite side.

Well first off, I have to refill that lighter pretty much every day. I picked it up hoping I might be able to use it on dog walks and it's not good for that either. It seems to me an overly complicated solution to something that should have just been integral (i.e. battery powered induction). I was debating between this and a protopipe. I purchased the Hippy X after watching a YouTube review. I'm trying very hard to love this pipe. We're having a love hate relationship. Suggested fixes:
1) make at least one side flat to stop it from rolling away.
2) do something to prevent burning fingers and lips. The heat transfers through to your lips. Maybe an airgap in the center of the pipe, a non metallic material slows the heat transfer to your lips.
3) seems I have to refill the lighter each use or two. That's annoying w...

Great method for partaking. Two things to be aware of; unlike a glass pipe this stays HOT for a long while after. Do not stick it in your pocket. For some reason after a dozen uses (if you don’t clean it). It gets pretty sticky. Lastly, I would recommend using a butane torch vs. a standard lighter, You’ll get to temp faster and not spend a ton of time heating the chamber. All in all, I’m happy with it and looking to get another one for the stash.

It wasn't my favorite, the bottom container pulls out to easy, the top was tough to open at the beginning but later smoothed out, the lighter was released from all gas from high to low. filling with butane causing it to spill, the flame burned uneven, I tried to heat it (upside down, right side up, on the x, 4-5 seconds, it hardly hit, heat again, it hits good, heat again, hits good again!, heat again it's out).

upon initial use, the overall experience was a zero. first, the lid on the case was incredibly difficult to remove. i don't, but if you have an arthritic condition, forget it. also, the vapor quality and taste is less than spectacular. and in the end, just an unnecessarily amount of butane to keep this going. save your money, will definitely be returning.

Bought 6, first one ont of box didn't work. Kept wanted me to run tests. Making adjustments with needle nose or tweezers to see if they could get product to work. Will not stand behind their product. They have ceased all communication.
