I like the workouts though they kick by butt, but what I love most and I feel like is very different than anything I have done before is the "diet" part. It isn't really a diet but teaching me how to, through the meal plans, eat differently. I have never once been hungry, but I can feel I am eating cleaner, and I have lost two pounds in the first week. Excited to see the results at the 8 week mark!
