I absolutely love this program! I haven't followed an actual program in so long and this is exactly what I needed. I love how everything is written out and there are instruction what equipment to use. I also really appreciate the fact that you can find out your macros and examples of meals are given which makes it so much easier. Today is day 2 of week 2. This waist trainer is IT. WOW it has me sooo snatched and it is so sturdy. I have been wearing it daily since I got it and just focus on working up my tolerance. Just getting back into lifting after 10 years. I love the minibeast creatine! It's not as grainy as other creatine I have used in the past with just enough of a sweet taste that has actually held my sweet tooth at bay from multiple daily snacks. I started the 8 week program (shred at home) on April 23rd. I am just starting week 6 and it's incredible, the workouts are intense - so beware! :) The entire MB team is incredible and so supportive. The example recipes are so yummy and it is just an exciting life change. Can't wait to see week 8! Definitely going to be joining more challenges and keep going! I bought these leggings thinking they were the slick normal legging material. When they come in I was a little disappointed that they were the waffle type seem less material but I thought I would try them on thinking I would not be able to get them above my knees to much of my surprise I was able to get them on and I absolutely loved them they move with you they don’t roll down they stay put . I love the color and are true to size .

I had a waist trainer with clips and I HATED it. This trainer is SO much better. It is easier to put on and it gets tighter than the other trainer. The zipper stays up and doesn't drop with use. The velcro straps add more pressure when you start losing inches. I'm a huge fan!

Unmatched energy and motivation for taking my 10k+ steps per day and lifting heavy. I’m dropping weight now and I was stuck for a while before I tried these. I’m also following her high protein intake from her fat burning plan and there’s no jitters at all from these pills just clean energy. Probably the best legging purchase I’ve made in years. I was honestly unsure about the flare situation but my daughter wanted a pair so I thought I’d try them too.
