5 WEEK RESULTS! No starving myself, no endless cardio, no salads. Just macros and this workout plan. I am waiting for the final result to brag on my personal page but I am just so proud of myself. It’s a little embarrassing that I didn’t realize I was 200 pounds, sedentary, my stomach was hanging, I still looked pregnant, but I’m totally amazed I did this. Yea, I’ve lost 4 pounds technically but I’ve gained discipline, tons of muscle, confidence, energy, drive, bragging rights!
