I take both of the shreds.
When I ran out of the night time one, I noticed I didn't fall asleep as easy, I was restless. The daytime shreds, help give me a kick in the butt because I am at the gym by 4am. I can finish all workouts and reps, and I do not feel a crash after. I also do take pre workout. But, the shreds alone gives you substantial energy. My moods are better. I contribute that to supplements and excercise.
