I discovered this website while searching for a suit for my son's homeschool masquerade ball and was very impressed with the design of the suit. However, I inadvertently ordered a size 40 (Medium) for my son, under the assumption that it would fit. My husband would certainly have appreciated it had he had an occasion to wear it. Nevertheless, after contacting the support team and explaining my situation, I was able to successfully exchange the item. Thank you.

The coat is beautiful, and the pants fit my son perfectly. Unfortunately, my son has very broad shoulders, so we measured him, but the coat is too big. We are exchanging it for a smaller size. It's not a free exchange process, and not super easy and straightforward, but in the end, if we get a suit that looks good and my son is happy, then I'm happy.

I’ve used Tuxedo Action for two themed gala events so far and have received many compliments! I had a sizing issue on one jacket, but they were quick to process my return and I got another jacket in time for the event. My go to for my formal events!

Great customer service! Had some outside issues affecting delivery, but was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the situation. Not to mention the suit fits perfectly, would definitely recommend!

The tux came in 2 days before the event. It was great and fit perfect but the significant delays in shipping cased a lot of additional issues and cost. For some reason the tux had a horrible smell to it. We were able to knock it down over the two days by hitting it with febreeze repeatedly. We loved the product but be weary of not having your order in 90 days ahead of time.

My son decided last minute to go to prom. Ordered his tux praying it came in time. It came with time to spare. I will definitely order again next year for his senior prom.

i emailed the company to make sure my boyfriends tux was fitted right, i was worried about having to get it altered but it couldn’t have came more perfect! our prom was amazing and he got SO many compliments on his suit!

Super cool, but the glitter pants didn't match and were too big and now the company won't let me return them. Heck, they won't even respond to my email, so be very very cautious about ordering here.

To be honest, this outfit I recently purchased is of good quality. The material used is really nice, and my husband is very satisfied.
