My name is Patrick. I am the groom. I ordered 6 tux for my Groomsmen. Out of that 2 hiccups. One the order had to be tracked and the other the fit was small due to sizing error on groomsmans part. Both was immediately taking care of. Fady showed exemplary customer service. He took the situation and got on it. Everytime I called he answered especially because I was stressing out. My biggest fear is this would come looking cheap… but it didn’t! It’s a good looking suit (as well as the other sequin suit I bought)! The top fit perfect. For the pants, I must’ve measured wrong. I’m going to go with my regular pant size. What I will say is that the customer service has been amazing with helping me get both of my pants exchanged in a timely manner!
Oh yeah, and I found the deal with a rhinestoned bow tie for just $10 extra! They look great - so happy the website advert...
