Looks sturdy enough and worked fine. Only time will tell whether it lasts longer than other expanding hose brands. Loses as a star as neither end connector is an aqua-stop connector which means when swapping from the shower head to say, the pressure washer or hanging basket wand you have to walk back to the outside tap, turn it off, walk back and swap tools, then back to the tap and finally back to the ‘business end’ to carry on working. Now, I don’t mind a walk but, because of living in a terra...

. From order to delivery was quick & easy, ordered one day got it the next. . Came well packaged . Looks and feels more superior & stronger than other retractable hoses I’ve used in the past. Brass fittings are of really good quality. . Reason for 4* is I have not had a chance to use it yet due to typical British weather but I’m very hopeful it will last . Overall cannot fault this company & would not hesitate to use in future
