Great product. It arrived quickly and was backed up by some very timely advice via their customer support link. I messed up getting it connected but was able to quickly sort it out with their input. So much better than the standard hard plastic hoses. Just all-round easier to handle and store.

Have been using this hose most days since purchasing it a few weeks ago. Seems to be holding up well. The brass fittings appear robust and I like the flow adjuster on the spray gun. I always "deflate" the hose after use, which is a bit of a hassle, but the last hose I had like this one (not this make) I left "inflated" in strong sun and it exploded. Won't be doing that again! Hopefully this new hose will last the test of time.

Like the fact that this expands but was a bit disappointed with the sprayer gun as some of the options on it just didn’t give enough pressure to be able to function as would hope . To be fair this could be our own water pressure that is not adequate . It does kink now and again which is also a bit annoying however if I had to compare it to my old hose, which was a heavy to unreel and then reel after use, it does save me some physical work and much lighter to hand . I underestimated how long a hose I needed and thought it would expand further than it does, however to 50ft it is just long enough for my back garden, it’s exactly what I wanted albeit a bit short, connections are good quality and no leakage, would definitely recommend the product.

The hose itself looks fine, however we haven't used it yet as it is a Christmas present for my husband. My only criticism is that the no, it came in was very flimsy and was badly split open in transit.

Yes. Miraculously shrinking away when the water pressure is relieved. However, these hoses are prone to leaks and in my experience cannot be repaired.

We have had two other hoses of this type, cheaper models, and they have both 'burst'!! One1 was replaced and that also burst. One quite spectacularly. We thought we would buy a better quality one and we bought yours which seems far more substantial. So far we are very pleased with it. The fittings are brass and of much better quality. The only other comment I could make is that the gun is almost too easy to use and will spurt water when it is just touched.

Really good hose. You can feel the quality. I've had cheap expanding hose before now, and got fed up of them quickly failing. The connections and gun are robust also. The only very slight downside, is the outer sheath can pull easily when it gets snagged on things. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Love it! We have significant garden areas in the front and back of the house with one external tap equidistant between the two and dragging the old rubber hose between the two had become a real pain. This hose is so much lighter and easier to move. Only 4 stars because 45 metres was too long for our needs whilst 30 metres has proved about 2 metres too short for comfortable hosing.

Very pleased with this hose. Takes a little while to get used too as it initially it seems as though it will not stretch as far as you as you won’t it too. However it does very easily. Excellent attachment …..no drips. Would recommend.

The hose is tough and good quality. At full stretch it will meet the advertised length but this did not work in my garden. I bought a second hose to join the first so I could water without pulling the hose tight which damaged my plants. Top tip buy the longer length if you have delicate plants

It's too soon to review it properly. I like the look and feel of it but it's been raining fairly constantly since it was delivered so I've not needed to use it . Unless it continues to rain there's likely to be a hosepipe ban here so it may be a couple of months before I can review it properly.

Great hose but lack of auto shutoff valve on the end means you have to switch it off, disconnect from one item, then reconnect to say sprinkler and then turn on again. It also means when disconnected, even when turned off, it leaks water everywhere it moves, I.e. through the garage so I have to drain it before it starts to shrink back.
