I ordered this on behalf of my Dad as his final parting gift to my Mum since he was dying of bowel cancer in hospital, sadly he passed away while it was still in transit from Sydney to my place on the Vic/NSW border… he didn’t get to give it to my Mum, but he knew I ordered it and had seen pics on the website.
My Mum was teary and emotional when i gave it to her, she loves it so much and will cherish it. The quality of the rose is superb and gorgeous, worth every dollar.

The free gift necklace was not in the box.
The white box had one of the sides ripped.
The delivery box was loosely taped, so was insecure.
Product is great, some minor issues which if resolved would create a much better experience.

Everything was great with the tracking of my item. The only small issue I had was the courier left the item right in front of my door instead of placing it behind my planter box which would have concealed it from view. Maybe if I was not there take it rica post office for customer to sign for. Beautiful rose. Thank you.

Overall the product itself looks great, only complaint was the delivery times. I ordered it on the 31st of Jan and it didn't arrive till the 21st of Feb. I understand this may be out of your control but disappointing from a consumers perspective. Would buy again though.
