The same day delivery fee was pretty hefty $76 dollars. Whilst I love the roses, I don't know if I'd buy again as this fee wasn't stipulated in the product profile which is very disappointing.

Product is exceptional, Wife absolutely loved it.
The onmy negative part is that after my order I received tracking info, when I looked on shop App it said I will get it within 3 weeks, naturally when I bought it online said up to 7 days at most, being day 8 was valentines day that was no good at all.
I emailed and sent facebook messenger posts multiple times to the customer service, and the whole time not ine reply back was received.
Thankfully item turned up one day before V day.

Arrived on time and looks great but need to work on shipping updates. I ordered for valentines day and on the day the tracking had changed to 25/2/2022. I tried to contact them via email and messenger with no response but a few hours later tracking updated back to arriving on the 14th wich it did. Maby a little work with the courier service with tracking details would have saved me from shitting my pants on valentines day morning.

Customer service was extremely responsive, especially since it was Valentine’s Day. Have ordered from them in the past and will be back again for sure. Packaging and attention to detail is great too.
