Intial experience wasn't great, but it was made right by Kathleen in customer service. Canvas arrived damaged and the beam in the back was broken. The wood backing began to warp and the picture was not flush/flat but rather bowing out on the center. Katheleen in customer service made it right and sent me a new canvass that wasn't damaged.
