The agent fought the company due to the size discrepancies and each time she was on my side , not quitting until I was satisfied!!! Given all my problems I would order again and again because the after service to solve my issue was optimal !!!! Most places give up once you pay but this agent was professional , constantly in contact with me & wanted nothing but my satisfaction! That counts for a lot !!!...

At first I thought the contrast or dark points were too dark. And then I could’ve used more designer help in optimizing the photo for the art piece. But it looks great on the wall now. I would say more assistance to optimize the quality of the photo would be helpful

It looks amazing and I love it. One minor issue is that the canvas is stretched on top of hard wooden or cardboard composite(I can't exactly tell the material it's made of)that is a little bit warped and it shows a little bulge. Otherwise I absolutely LOVE it

Overall very happy with the prints. When ordering custom prints be aware they will send an email confirming you are happy with how it will look before printing. I didn’t receive the email, so it delayed things a bit and I was slightly disappointed they didn’t reach out by other means after not getting a response to the email, I reached out to them wondering why I hadn’t received anything yet. Still highly recommend despite the small glitch.
