I was so devastated to see this scent is being retired! Just ordered another backup bottle. This scent is amazing and the magic Sucrabeille was able to work capturing the true scent of old books and blending it with the other notes to make it a photo realistic image of being cuddled into an oversized chair in front of a corner window in an old book store was absolutely stunning. I really hope you revive this scent down the road. It’s so special and I genuinely ache thinking it’s going to be gone...

Please ignore the broken finger. This perfume smells wonderful! In the bottle, it smells spicy and mildly aggressive. My skin, however, turns it sweet. A softer scent without losing the original notes. A very nice tiny sample.

This is a sweet rose on me. I thought it was honey but maybe its the vanilla. When I first put it on it has something I don't love, not sure what it is. But the drydown is pretty amazing. Def glad I bought the rollerball instead of a sample bc I will def keep wearing it.

I initially received this as mystery rollerball and was instantly enchanted by it. It smelled delightful in the bottle, and simply delicious when worn. It doesn’t pull floral on me, but there’s a cinnamon and vanilla sweetness that doesn’t read as sticky at all. I clearly loved it enough to purchase a full bottle. I envision it being my go-to my date night perfume.

The blend of rosemary and honey in "We aim to misbehave" is absolutely wonderful. I love being able to constantly quote one of my favorite sci-fi shows when I tell people what that fantastic smell is! It also pairs nicely with "Cream Tea" and "Book Witch", my other two favorites. I hope it comes back in the fall/winter so that I can restock!

I used to wear a sandalwood perfume that became my signature scent, and Heartwood reminds me of that, only better. There's no sandalwood listed, but the amber tempers the woods into the warmest, softest scent, and it smells like the best hugs feel. I will absolutely be getting more of this the next chance I have!

This order was my fourth.. I received Broken Heart as a bonus for Valentine's day. It melded with my emotions. I'd just permanently ended a toxic relationship. The sweet smell of Broken Heart melded into a comfort I'd never experienced. It was that best girlfriend hug I'd needed but as most of my besties live a far distance from me, this scent filled that void.

This scent layers well with other scents. I tried it with Memento Mori and I'm convinced that there's a story for every scent combo with Nightshade as a base. However, my RPG character had a last name of Nightshade, so I could be a teensy bit biased. An easy scent at first, then a dose of power as it settles.
