Super Bowl!!!! The gluten free was a hit with everyone including those that weren’t gluten intolerant. We had chili (vegan and meat) and the boules went fast!!!!! Dipping the breads into the bowl was so savory. Love all the breads!!!!

This babka is both interesting and unusual. Both items (Dubai Babka and Dubai Rugelach) arrived together, very promptly, the babka in a paper "bread" package, the rugelach in a cute little box (both inside the shipping box). The babka was a little dry to me (not unusual for a babka, though I'm not a babka expert) - but was easy to remedy (very slightly warming it in the microwave - like 11 sec on 2 or 3 - with a slightly damp plain paper towel draped very loosely over it), and it emerged perfect...

I ordered the Dubai chocolate and I asked for a special request. I wanted it to be GLUTEN FREE!! Frangipani not only made it possible, but made it delicious!!!!! My guests could not tell that it was a gluten free dessert. I wish I had photos to share, but we ate it all!

Texture and flavor.
This gluten free bread can be toasted and eaten plain, with butter or dipped in olive oil. It’s delicious. I usually slice it and divided into small batches and freeze it. That allows me to take just a few pieces at a time. I absolutely love it and enjoy it every single time

I ordered 4 breads. 3 minis and one full. I ordered the Noir, cinnamon, country loaf and rosemary, olive and lemon.
I love all of them. The Noir, is very interesting. I enjoyed it as a treat after my meal one night.
I love the rosemary bread combination of flavors. I am really happy with how soft the inside of the bread is. I have shared it with friends and they were also really impressed.

If you need gluten-free challah, I highly recommend buying several loaves and keeping them in the freezer. They freeze well and no one could tell they were 1) gluten-free, and 2) they came out of the freezer. The best part was they were delicious!
